Cut off the line for more than a day. I got a new dsl line, bigger faster with no interrupts, they said beforehand. But 20 hours in telephone hotlines talking with people who don`t know, don`t care, who don`t listen, speaks another language. Big companies - big trouble. I should have recorded some of those conversations, you would not believe it.

It works now, I got contact to a real cool technician in the late evening hours of yesterday night, but it is still not what it should be, It works and I will have to watch it for a while before raising my voice again.

It is hard to get those hotline music layers out my mind, they are still echoing in my head and they bring up real bad emotions of not being heard or seen. I wonder if those big companies know, what`s their feel ?
