Gate Vision, by Kazuhiko Kobayashi, generates unrealistic circular moving pictures from real-world images. It's based on his previous work called scan gate, which transforms still photos into something that keeps attracting people's brains. It can be seen as abstract visual patterns but can also be seen as extremely deformed real photos.
